Adrenal hemorrhage after the neonatal period is rare. It most often occurs with coagulation disorders or child abuse. We describe a case of neuroblastoma of the adrenal gland presenting with acute life-threatening abdominal hemorrhage. Published 23 January 2008 in Pediatr Emerg Care, 24(1): 37-8.
