Mandibular fracture in a neonate: report of a case.Chidzonga MM Department of Dentistry, College of Health Sciences, University of Zimbabwe, Avondale, Harare. mmchidzo@utande.co.zw Neonatal mandibular fractures are rare and are mostly due to traumatic delivery. Attempted infanticide has also been reported as a cause. A case of a fractured mandible in a neonate assaulted by its mother suffering from postpartum psychosis is presented.
